Human Capital Workshop - Putting People back into Sustainability

Centre for Safety and Health Sustainability event, supported by IOSH and hosted by L’Oréal

03 April 2019
L’Oréal SA, 1 Avenue Eugene Schueller,
93601, Aulnay sous Bois, France

An organisation’s human capital includes the skills, knowledge and abilities that workers bring to their work and how they use them. Effective occupational safety and health (OSH) management helps workers safely operate in their work environments, making OSH a foundational element of human capital.

CSHS is leading the debate on how organisations can better protect and make best use of their people (human capital). We believe helping workers safely and healthily operate in their work environments underpins overall corporate performance and organisational sustainability.

This is the fourth in a series of invite-only workshops we have developed under our Human Capital Project. Hosted by L'Oréal and supported by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
