Forum for the Landscape Sector, Singapore - 6 March 2015.

IOSH Singapore Branch have alerted us to this event for landscape contractors, landscape designers and landscape service buyers such as facilities managers. This 'Forum' has organised in Singapore by the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council and Ministry of Manpower (MoM), with support from National Parks Board (NParks), Centre for Urban Greenery and Ecology (CUGE), and Landscape Industry Association Singapore (LIAS).

A special Workplace Health (WH) audit was carried out by MOM on landscape worksites in September 2014 to provide compliance assistance and raise the WH standards in the industry. The 2015 Forum will showcase industry WH good practices and highlights of the audit findings, as well as a dialogue on WH with industry stakeholders and MOM. There will also be a presentation on Design for Safety of Skyrise Greenery with elements of WH.

To join us at the Forum, please register your attendance online by 18 February 2015. The programme details and registration form can be accessed via this link. Should you be unable to attend, we appreciate if you would nominate a suitable person to represent your organisation.
