Steve is a chartered member of IOSH a member of the IIRSM and a National Excecuative member of NASHiCS, with over 11 years of experience operating at Executive Group Management level with a previous 11 years prior HSE experience from ‘hands on’ Advisor to Manager Level. His experience includes all aspects of managing HSE practices spanning industries such as Social housing and Health Care, Retail, Food Manufacturing, Refrigeration Manufacturing and Facilities Management.

He holds a highly desirable combination of commercial business acumen and technical knowledge with an excellent reputation in the Health and Safety sector, along with an ability to manage complex and diverse programmers for single or multiple stakeholders, addressing project compliance and providing leadership to internal and external clients. He considers himself to be pro-active in developing improvement initiatives to suit the sector requirements, while trying to exceed all expectations.

He holds a significant level of experience in the development of bespoke H&S management systems, always working to current legislation and completing external management reviews of current policies, systems and procedures in line with enforcement agency expectations.

He currently works for a not for profit organisation who care for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
