Join the Food and Drink Group Committee

With nearly 1,000 members, the IOSH Food and Drink Group welcome members from the food and drink manufacturing, bottling and canning industries.  The group works to share benchmarking and good practice across the food and drink industry, now the biggest manufacturing sector in the UK.

The Group is currently recruiting for new committee members and if you’d like to make a difference in the industry, we’d welcome your application to join the Committee. If you would like to apply please refer to the flyer, competences and complete the application form.

To join the committee, you’ll need to:

-        be working in the food and drink manufacturing sector

-        be able to attend four to six group meetings per year at IOSH head office, and be an active member of the team

-        have direct experience of involvement in the central governance/committee structure

-        have experience of delivering value in a professional environment (on a paid or voluntary basis)

-        be familiar with IOSH’s current strategy.

As a volunteer, we recognise that you are giving up your time, and IOSH will pay reasonable travel expenses.
