How to enter

Entry is open to anyone working in the food or drink manufacturing industry, and we will accept individual or team entries. The awards are open internationally. Projects submitted will need to be original and unpublished, but previous entries may be resubmitted.

The judges are particularly interested in innovations which have a long-term sustainable effect or which can be transferred readily to other workplaces. It is important to provide clear details, and evidence where possible, about what was developed and what impact it has had.

Entry is free and the entry form is straightforward and easy to complete.

What could you win?

Along with trophies and certificates, the winner will receive a cheque for £750, with runners-up receiving a cheque for £250.

We also offer a representative from the winning team a free conference place, a ticket to the awards dinner, up to two nights’ accommodation and up to £500-worth of travel expenses. The award winners and any runners-up will be offered the opportunity to give a short presentation on their project at the start of the second day of the conference.
