The European Commission are keen to get your feedback on the cost/savings for industry related to the implementation of a harmonised system for submission of data to EU Poison Centres and of a Unique Formulation Identifier.

Please find below a link to the questionnaire which is open until 12pm Central European Time on the 13th of October.

Take the survey

The project is being run by AMEC and the National Chemical Emergency Centre on behalf of the European Commission. A formal covering letter is provided in the questionnaire as well as the link to the signed copy for your reference.

We do hope you’ll provide feedback to support the Commission’s review and provide insight into the implications for your own organisation. It is expected that the survey will take 10-15 mins to complete.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the project team, the contacts for whom are included on the first page of the questionnaire. All those who leave their contact details will be notified when the Commission releases the findings of the survey and economic modelling work.
