Seminar Overview

This one-day seminar, organised by the Fire & Safety Division of Engineers Ireland, will cover a broad range of topics relating to persons involved in fire safety and in fire loss prevention.

Presentations on the day will address a broad range of current fire safety challenges and solutions including: Fire safety and facades, Fire safety in construction, Fire resistant ductwork, Professional Indemnity Insurance, BCAR and Assigned Certifiers – lessons learnt, and more.

This experienced line-up of speakers promises to make this CPD seminar an interesting and practical day not to be missed.

Seminar Aim

The aim of the seminar will be to inform fire safety practitioners, both public and private sector, of the latest developments, current challenges and best practice in important aspects of fire safety design and management.

This seminar is addressed at professional engineers and architects, fire safety engineers, building control officers, fire officers, contractors, insurance surveyors, loss adjusters, engineering students and regulators.
