Humber Branch Meeting IOSH Occupational Cancer Campaign


Over 70 people attended the IOSH Humber Branch meeting held on 01 October.   The meeting was led by the Branch Chair Debbie Rispin and updates were provided on branch, group and IOSH issues.

Phil Bates CMIOSH, Senior Policy & Technical Adviser from the IOSH Research & Information Services Team, presented on IOSH Occupational Cancer Campaign covering the scope of the problem and ways in which members could get involved with the campaign.

Tina Lee, Networks Officer, was welcomed to the meeting and Nathalie Muller, Networks Officer, was thanked for her support over recent months including assistance with the recent half-day seminar on soft skills.

The next IOSH Humber Branch meeting will be on Wednesday 03 December and there will be a legal update presentation by Brian Pettifer.
