Voting now open for the IOSH Hong Kong Executive Committee 2016-17

Further to our call to nominations, you are informed that there are eleven (11) nominations for the eight (8) vacancies of the Executive Committee of Hong Kong Branch for the term of office in 2016-17, following the close of the period for making nomination on 18 January 2016. The good standing check of the nominees conducted by the IOSH Headquarters was completed on 2 March 2016.

Under the Branch constitution, electronic ballot will be conducted. Please see the ballot form and candidate information.

All current IOSH Chartered Members (i.e. MIOSH, CMIOSH, FIOSH and CFIOSH) are entitled to vote for a maximum of eight candidates on the same ballot. Please indicate your vote(s) on the ballot form and you are not allowed to cast more than one vote for any candidate.

Please email the completed ballot form to by Tuesday 22 March 2016, 5pm (Hong Kong time). Only ballot forms received before the deadline shall be regarded as a valid ballot form. The guidance notes as stipulated in the ballot form shall be followed; otherwise the vote is considered null and void. The IOSH Headquarters will conduct counting of the ballots and announce the result of the election.

It should be noted that the eight candidates who receive the most votes will become the members of the Executive Committee with immediate effect after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2016.
