IOSH Caribbean branch meeting

18 November 2016

On Friday 11 November 2016 the Caribbean Branch hosted its last Branch Meeting for 2016, at the Cara Suites Hotel and Conference Centre, Claxton Bay, and it was a huge success. Mrs. Carolyn Issitt, Head of Development at IOSH presented on the IOSH Blueprint for competency assessment and it was well attended by over twenty-six (26) participants. The presentation dealt with the subject the entire “100 yards” and maintained the attention span throughout of the audience.

On conclusion of the session, Curt Cadet, Chair, spoke briefly about the benefits of the competency framework for the Caribbean and fielded a plethora of questions from the participants which had to be curtailed due to time constraints.  He ended the session by thanking all for attending.
