Welcome to the Caribbean Branch

Our aims

The Caribbean branch strives to reach out and support members, and non-members, not only within the occupational safety and health community, but also the in wider business sector across the entire Caribbean region.

This year we have seen the launch of the new IOSH strategy WORK 2022. Here in the Caribbean, we aim to embrace and share this strategy with our members and stakeholders throughout the Islands.

We represent all grades of IOSH membership and encourage those who wish to progress to achieve chartered status of this world renowned OSH Institution.

Our mission is also to encourage non-members to become involved and to start their journey by networking with like-minded professionals.

Why should I attend branch meetings?

In addition to topical and relevant presentations from top quality speakers, our meetings also offers members and non-members the opportunity to network with fellow professionals from a wide range of industries.

What can we do for you?

Whether you are interested in developing your career through Continuing Professional Development (CPD) or progressing through the membership categories to achieve chartered status we are here to help you.

We also recognise that many people who are not full time safety practitioners may have been assigned health and safety duties by their employers and may need our support, all you need do is turn up to a branch meeting where you will be welcomed.

View our Committee page to find out more about our committee members.
