Overview

Training For Life - Wellbeing

Speaker: Elain Crewe, Founder, Wellbeing4Life

Elain has worked in the area of training and career development for most of her 20 year career, most recently heading up the University of Leicester’s commercial and external-facing training and development team before leaving to set up her own business. Elain has always had a passion for wellbeing and used good nutrition and exercise as a personal strategy to manage the stresses of a busy job for many years.  This led her to undertake specific training including Personal Training, mindfulness, counselling and Life Coaching amongst others from which she launched her business Wellbeing4Life in 2014 which she runs alongside her sister.

Wellbeing4Life works with individuals, business leaders and employees to support them to be their best selves through a holistic approach to supporting a strong mind, body and spirit. Through a variety of services such as 1:1 coaching, team building and workshops clients have experienced increased energy, productivity and positivity and a sense of balance in their lives.

This presentation will look at what we mean by wellbeing and why it is critical to personal and business success.  It will address the links between employee wellbeing and health and safety in the workplace and present a case study to bring the message to life.
