Overview

Mark Curry is an IOSH SE Committee member and he will be sharing his approach to raising awareness of drugs and alcohol at home and work – along with workplace procedures in testing. He believes it’s more than just ‘non-negative result’…. it’s about the whole person….

Come along for networking and a free buffet from 17.30 with the meeting starting at 18.00.

Mark Curry (Tech IOSH, AIIRSM, CIWM) is a Trustee of Safety Groups UK, Publicity officer for Kent Health and Safety Group, committee member of IOSH South East branch, along with having the role of National HSQE Compliance Manager for Ground Control, (construction division) one of the largest private specialist landscaping contractors in the UK.

Mark is passionate about safety and wellbeing of his colleagues and constantly seeks new ways of connecting with them. He uses his colourful life’s experiences with practical demonstrations to build rapport and engagement. The importance of crafting core effective message that resonate and stick is vital and potential lifesaving.
