Andy Harmer and Andy Read have many years of experience in leadership skills training. They start from the premise that good leaders need to understand their own motivations as well as the inter-personal relationships of their work colleagues if they are to be effective leaders especially if they are expected to implement workplace change. This session will involve audience participation.

Members are encouraged to take part in an interactive discussion with speakers during the meeting and to network with other members over tea or coffee and biscuits after the meeting.

There will be a committee meeting after the main meeting.

Speakers: Andy Harmer, Head of Leadership Development & Andy Read, Senior Consultant, VA Consultants
