Overview

8-9.30 Jaguar presentation.

One in four people in the UK have a mental health problem at some point in their life.  In most cases symptoms are mild and can be effectively treated.  There is a general consensus that in the past many employers have done little to identify how work might contribute to poor mental health and even less around how to help and support staff with mental health problems in the work place.

The presentation today will give an insight into how Jaguar Land Rover have approached this often sensitive issue and put in place various initiatives throughout their organisation with some degree of success.

Speaker: Katy Rowlands – Jaguar Land Rover HR Manager
