Overview

Mark Dawson will summarise HSE's priorities and strategies for 2018/19 and provide members with an overview of the main causes of workplace accidents in the north west during the past year.

Members are encouraged to take part in an interactive discussion with speakers during the meeting and to network with other members over tea or coffee and biscuits after the meeting.

There will be a committee meeting after main meeting.

Who should attend

Any IOSH member is always welcome to attend our meetings.

What you need to know

Booking not required.

There is ample parking on site.

The hotel is a five minute walk from Grange-over-Sands railway station.

The railway line connects with the west coast main line at Carnforth and Lancaster.

The 6X bus route between Kendal, Ulverston and Barrow-in-Furness stops at Grange-over-Sands station.
