The IOSH Health & Social Care Group are pleased to confirm another of their events, this one on fire safety and management. Taking place at Newcastle Football Club, this event will focus on exploring the latest approaches to fire safety in health care, offering best practice advice in:

  • Passive fire safety in health and social care premises
  • common failures identified during fire Inspections and audits
  • primary authority approaches to regulation and compliance, and;
  • emergency planning and preparedness for fire safety.

What's in it for you?

In attending this event you will develop an understanding of the common failures of fire safety management in health and social care premises, and subsequently learn about passive fire safety measures. We will also be raising awareness around current best practice, highlighting areas to review within emergency preparedness and planning, as well as understanding the benefits of Primary Authority Approach for organisations.

As with all of our events, attendance at this event can also be recorded within your CPD portfolio.

Who should attend

This event is aimed at health and safety practitioners, health professionals, occupational health professionals, risk managers and fire practitioners.
