Legal Update

Health and Safety Compliance update:

Speaker: Rob Elvin is the Office Managing Partner of the Squire Patton Boggs' Manchester office and the European Head of the Environmental, Safety and Health Group.

His particular expertise covers health, safety and environment (including nuisance, noise abatement, pollution, and permit appeals, corporate defence (including bribery and corruption, investigations and corporate manslaughter), inquest law, and product safety, liability and recall.  He is a solicitor-advocate, and lectures on issues such as corporate manslaughter, product safety and defending all manner of regulatory prosecutions.

Rob has particular sector expertise in the nuclear, gas and electricity generation and distribution, chemicals, engineering and construction industries.
