Mental health and well-being have made a significant climb up the business agenda over recent years. With the marked increase in public awareness, employers across the UK have become more conscious of both the moral and business costs associated with poor mental health in the workplace.

Yet for many, it can be difficult to know where to start making changes. The implementation of a suitable and effective well-being strategy can be problematic and a number of different challenges can commonly arise. This workshop aims to equip attendees with the insight and tools to develop and informed and proactive approach to managing mental well-being in the workplace.

Speaker: Sadie Hopson - Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing Trainer and Strategy Consultant. Founder of We Work Well and Euthenia Touch.
