Overview

The new General Data Protection Regulations and how they will impact on the keeping of health and safety records in the workplace. The presentation will be given by Lydia Buckley, Assistant Data Commissioner from the Data Protection Commission.

Lydia Buckley, Assistant Commissioner will give an overview of the General Data Protection Regulations. S

he will explain the requirements of the GDPR in relation to record keeping in the workplace. Lydia will explain the steps to compliance with GDPR and the role of the Data Protection Officers and where they are required.

There will be an opportunity for discussion about the GDPR and their implications for health and safety record keeping in your workplace.
