Overview

IOSH CPD course, run in collaboration with the Impact Factory.

This course is an interactive, experiential one-day training event (held in an accessible location in London) for health and safety managers and advisers wishing to explore Change Management. The course is run with two facilitators and is deliberately limited to a select number of delegates so that the material can be uniquely adapted to fit the needs of the participants in the room. This ensures managers access practical tools and techniques which will help them effectively support and acquire buy-in throughout periods of organisational change.

Course objectives:

  • Understanding how change affects individuals and organisations
  • Supporting and preparing for upcoming changes
  • Learning how to manage others through changes in the workplace
  • Creating buy-in and overcoming individual resistance to change
  • Dodging the ‘positivity trap'
  • Managing your organisation through difficult changes
  • Becoming a ‘change agent’
  • Developing good working relationships with others
  • Harnessing your creativity in the midst of change
  • Building confidence and motivation in yourself and others.

What's in it for you?

This course will give you a chance to learn about and discuss the different aspects of change and how it can affect different people within the organisation. It will also enable managers to adapt their own performance in implementing change and become a more effective agent for change within their organisation.
