Speaker: Jeannette Jackson BSc (Hons) is a Nutritional Biochemist, published author and sports scientist.

Jeannette is CISSN and SENr registered with the elite Professional International Registration for Sports Nutrition and Supplements.

She is the Director of the Manchester Stress Institute and presents workshops, seminars and webinars to staff and executive teams across Europe on stress resilience, nutrition, energy and wellbeing.

As a scientist, Jeannette also has a specific interest in meurophysiology and the impact of stress and pressure on the mental and physical capabilities of staff.  She has over 20 years experience helping staff to gain supreme stamina, increased concentration and impeccable memory recall.
