Nominations committee

This committee has vital responsibility for recommending appointees to the IOSH Board of Trustees and Board Committees in the IOSH governance structure.

Members of this committee make sure the most suitable candidates fill key roles in our governance structure by recruiting via open, fair and professional processes. This includes shortlisting and interviewing against specific competencies.

As a committee of Council, it plays an essential part in helping IOSH attract and appoint the best talent to enable us to achieve our strategic aims and objectives. The committee’s recommended appointees will go on to make some of the most important decisions affecting the future of your Institution and help shape the way we run our professional body.

For more information download the committee terms of reference and the member competences.
