Help shape the future of your professional body

Members should be at the heart of
everything we do as a professional organisation – that’s the
message from IOSH as it launches its first major member-wide survey
for two years.
IOSH can only influence Government policy, strive for best
practice and be the authoritative voice for health and safety with
the help and expert knowledge from you – our members.
To carry on the work IOSH does on your behalf, it’s essential we
listen and act on what you have to say. We want to know more about
you, your opinions on the benefits and services IOSH offers – the
things we do well and the things we don’t – and also your views on
the future direction of your Institution.
Ian Smart, IOSH’s Interim Communications
Director, said: “We urge as many members as possible to complete
this survey. It’s absolutely essential for any membership
organisation moving forward to gauge the views of its members and
IOSH is no different.”
The survey, that was emailed to members on Monday 7 March, is
completely anonymous and will only take 10 to 15 minutes to
complete. The closing date is Friday 1 April.
