Site accident left girl without dad

The four-year-old daughter of a construction worker killed on site still wonders where her father is, a court has heard.
Craig Page, 26, of Islington, north London, was crushed to death when an overloaded crane tipped over three years ago, the Old Bailey was told.
Harris Calnan Construction and its director, Neil Harris, were fined after admitting safety breaches at the building site in Denning Road, Hampstead.
But the victim's fiancee, Michelle O'Donoghue, said the guilty pleas prevented the court from hearing details of how the accident happened.
Mr Page was crushed to death when a mini-crawler crane overturned while in the process of lifting a skip, the court heard.
The firm failed to properly plan or supervise lifting operations on the site, which was poorly managed, according to a Health and Safety Executive (HSE) investigation.
Harris Calnan Construction Co Ltd, of Parmenter House, Tower Street, Winchester, admitted breaching regulation 8(1)(c) of the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998. It was fined £80,000 with £66,244 costs.
The firm's director, Neil Harris, of the same address, admitted similar charges and was fined £7,500 with £25,000 costs.
