The article looks at how Britain dealt with the recent snow and how common sense will always triumph over finger-wagging bureaucracy – at least in the eyes of the law.

In this issue of Connect, Nick Wilson, health and safety consultant at Weightmans LLP, writes about the ramifications to councils in the wake of last year’s fire in a London tower block which claimed the lives of six people.
