Isle of Man branch event a success
This year’s Isle of Man branch event
gathered over 100 delegates to hear speakers talk about behavioural
safety.
A number of charities had been invited to the event as part of
the island’s “Freedom to flourish” initiative which the branch is
part of. The initiative aims to promote the economic, social and
cultural identity of the island.
The branch was set up in 2007 after having started as a district
of the Merseyside branch in 2003.
This year’s event featured Prof Richard Booth as one of the
speakers and gave perspectives of behavioural safety from the point
of view of the company MD, the charity sector and managers and
workers.
