Chinese delegation visit IOSH

A delegation consisting of six Directors
from the State
Administration of Work Safety, China, paid a visit to the
Grange on Friday 20 August 2010. The Directors originated from
Nanchang city, Ji’an city and Pingxiang city, all of which fall
within the southern region of Jiangxi.
Welcomed by IOSH Chief Executive Rob Strange, the delegation
presented Rob with a traditional Chinese plate with a personalised
legend. The plate is now on display in the Grange. The delegation
spent the remainer of their time at IOSH learning about
standards in UK occupational safety and health.
