International
International development is an integral part of
IOSH's vision: "a world of work which is safe, healthy and
sustainable".
IOSH develops internationally by promoting its
key values, messages and services to the world and, where possible,
by sharing its expertise with an international audience.
There are currently 5 international branches:
Caribbean, Hong
Kong, Ireland, Isle of Man and the Middle
East.
In addition to supporting our international branches and the
International Group, the
International team initiates and collaborates on projects to
raise the profile of health and safety and to share best
practice in Europe and
worldwide. Find out more...
Our branches
There are currently 24 UK branches and
5 International branches. All the
branches aim to share information with local members and
non-members to raise health and safety awareness and expertise. In
addition to regular meetings, branches run seminars, conferences,
workshops, webinars and site visits. They also provide Continuing
Professional Development (CPD) and Initial Professional Development
(IPD) learning opportunities.
Get connected
IOSH members, make sure you're getting Connect to keep
up to date with the latest Networks news.
Our groups
Groups enable members with a shared interest or area of
specialism to come together to exchange information related to
their industry sector. They organise
regular events, champion best practice, get involved in national
campaigns, share technical knowledge and updates with their
members, and provide CPD and IPD learning opportunities.
