You can join IOSH today!

Join by post using our application pack. Just:

• read the guidance notes (31KB)
• print off and complete the membership application form (45KB).

We’ll also need the following supporting documents. You may want to send us these with your application form:

• your relevant health and safety certificates to support your application
• your current job description signed by your employer. If you're self-employed you will need to provide two references confirming your role, eg from clients.

Once accepted all members are bound by the IOSH Code of Conduct.
