The new website

Is there a helpline or email address I can contact if I have a problem?

Yes, contact the Web team on +44 (0)116 257 3144.

The links from my old Connect e-newsletters don't work anymore.

The links in your old Connect e-newsletters went to pages on our old website. You can still read articles from your old e-newsletters even though we've moved to a new website. Just look for the Issue date on our Connect page and you'll find all the articles there.

Why do I have to register to use the website?

Some parts of the website may require you to be logged in and registered. Registration is free and takes a few minutes to complete.

You're encouraged to register; once you register you'll be able to book and pay for items online, post and reply to messages on the forum, set your own preferences and set up and maintain a profile.
