Penny for your faults?

The "penny for your faults" webinar, focussing on the imminent ability of the HSE to charge businesses for non compliance was chosen by the Retail and Distribution Group of IOSH as it is a major shift change in enforcement culture.

It was of interest to not only IOSH members but others such as the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health whose Environmental Health Officers may also be given similar cost recovery powers, as well as businesses who will pay the price for being non compliant.

The panel was selected to reflect these various areas and debate was lively with Rob Belton, our host, being sent dozens of questions live  from members as the debate ensued.
