Madagascar... via Donington Park

Calling all cyclists

Everyone attending the Retail and Distribution Group's Managing Home Delivery event at Donington Park on 22nd February will be offered an exciting alternative experience. This is no less than the chance to sign up for a fundraising cycle ride in Madagascar.

Representatives of the logistics industry's own charity Transaid will be present at the event. They will be looking for participants brave enough to sign up for its 500km fundraising cycle ride in Madagascar in June. There are a few places left for the nine-day ride along the country’s north-east coast, which aims to raise £150,000 for the charity’s projects there. The expedition has already attracted a mixture of avid and relatively inexperienced cyclists.

Those who do not feel brave enough, or couldn't possibly get away for it, will be able to sign up as sponsors instead.
