Overview

This webinar will consider the perennial problems arising from slippery conditions during the winter due to ice and snow.  It will consider practical steps to minimise both risks and claims, drawing on the speakers’ extensive experience.

There will be two presentations during the webinar followed by a question and answer session.

David Weeks, Insurance Manager, Home Retail Group:

This presentation will be from the practical experience side of implementing ice and snow procedures succesfully.

James Fawcett, Solicitor, Browne Jacobson:

This presentation will give a view on the current legal position.

 What you need to know

This webinar is free to attend! You can register your place now

To register:

1. Visit the Webinar hosts – Webex anytime to register up to ten minutes before the start time of 13.00 on 26 October

2. Click on the Register button (bottom centre)

3. Complete the form including your email address and submit

4. You will be emailed a registration approval notice containing details of the session, a link to the webinar on the day and your password.

5. View the technical information specifications of what you will need to be able to view the webinar.

On the day:

1. At least ten minutes before the start time (13.00), follow the link in your registration email or paste the link supplied in your interned browser

2. Log on using the boxes on the right

3. You’ll be given further directions on-screen before the Webinar starts.
