Strategy
Our principal aim is to influence the
improvement and better understanding of health and safety
throughout the food and drink sector.
We offer both a forum for anyone interested in health and safety
in the food industry, and an avenue for the development of best
practice.
We're currently concentrating on targeting the best practice
areas outlined in 'Recipe for safety'. We'll be running events and
providing information to help you get to grips with best practice
in these areas.
