Water Pollution
Overview
In association with Anglian Water, we’re
offering you the opportunity to visit the wastewater treatment
works and education centre in Chelmer Village, Chelmsford.
Built at the turn of the 20th century, the
Chelmsford works has been treating wastewater from the town of
Chelmsford and the surrounding area for over 100 years. It's not
just homes, but businesses and other places too.
A visit to the Centre gives delegates a chance
to enjoy a guided tour of the Works to see how wastewater is
treated.
