Aviation Safety Agency is the centrepiece of the European Union’s

Civil
Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) - Australia. CASA's role
is to enhance and promote aviation safety through effective safety
regulation and by encouraging industry to deliver high standards of
safety.

Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) - American health and safety body
who have a useful baggage
handling e-tool. This eTool was developed as part of the
OSHA-Airlines Industry and National Safety Council’s International

body for the ground handling industry.
