Pilot killed by propeller

A pilot was killed at Beverly Airport,
Massachusetts, USA on 27 August 2010 after coming into contact
with a propeller.
It appears that the Head Flight Instructor for the Beverly
Flight Centre, Michael Costales when to assist another aircraft who
was having trouble with its canopy, he exited his plane to assist
them and was struck by the propeller of his own plane.
