Crash between airport fuel truck and aircraft, leads to
lawsuit

A pilot is suing a maintenance company
after one of its fuel trucks reversed into his aircraft in August
2011.
The accident occurred at Groton-New London Airport Connecticut
USA after the aircraft had been repaired. According to
documents filed with the US District court the accident occurred
when the Socata TBM turboprop was parked on the ramp in front of
the maintenance hangar and a fuel truck backed into the plane,
knocking it off the chocks causing damage to the turboprop's tail
and fuselage.
