Seminar: accident management
Overview
PLEASE NOTE: There will be a Chartered members
briefing at 11:00 prior to this meeting. You do not need to
book just turn up.
This seminar will take you through the essentials of accident
management, from the initial notification of incidents, through
evidence gathering - including interviews - to identifying the root
causes.
Our presenters will help you develop your knowledge and skill
base by recreating an accident scenario. We'll also look at the
insurer's perspective and at the documents you'll need to manage
the situation effectively.
Refreshments will be available from 12.30.
