Chartered Membership Training
Overview
The Tyne & Wear Branch briefings on
Chartered Membership continue with three dates in February.
Two are at IOH on Saturday 06 February and Saturday 20
February 2010, starting at 09:30 and finishing at 11:00. Due to
limited capacity, pre-booking is essential.
The third is arranged to take place prior to the February Branch
Meeting at the Nissan Sports and Social Club, on 17 February
2010, commencing at 11.00. Due to ample capacity, there is no need
to pre-book at this venue.
The briefings will include the following:
1. IPD Process – the three tracks to Chartered
membership
2. Mentoring – what your mentor can
provide
3. CPD – with practical on line examples,
access available to your CPD
4. The Interview process – what you can
expect, what we the Panel expect from you.
What's in it for me
Practical help and the opportunity to be
assigned a mentor for ongoing support.
Who should attend?
Any branch member who wishes to become a
chartered member.
Speakers
The free sessions will be run by Barry Tupper
CFIOSH, Chair of Tyne & Wear Branch, with an Interview Panel
Member and support from other Branch Committee members, including
input from the Branch Education and Development Advisor Tony
Bough.

There are limited places to ensure that each
members issues can be individually addressed so you will need to
book your place. The sessions will be run at:
