Seminar and President's visit
Overview
The Tees Branch seminar topic is "health and safety
competence".
Information will be provided regarding how competence is
currently assessed by some bodies and how IOSH has been involved in
the current Occupational Safety Consultants Register (OSCR).
Speakers will outline what is currently used to satisfy the
requirements given under regulations or by client and contractor
arrangements.
The IOSH President, Steve Granger, will give a closing
address.

What you need to know
Free parking is available in the Students
Union car park (P22 on the map) at the rear of the Students Union
Building, which is accessed from Southfield Road. Additional
parking is also available in the Middletown car park (P23 on the
map) and accessed from Woodlands Road. Both car parks are less than
2 minutes walk from the Centuria Building.
