Member Experience team
Objective
Our objective is to ensure that the quality of both venue and
content of the interactive sessions make the member experience one
of value and enjoyment. We work with the other teams to ensure that
the overall programme for the branch runs smoothly and the sessions
maximise both the professional development and the practical
learning opportunities for the greatest number of members.
