Objective

Our objective is to achieve demonstrable changes in the make-up of attendance at branch meetings and training sessions, but without significant loss of the existing attendance.

What do we do?

•    Look for ways to maximise attendance

•    Encourage all branch members to interact

•    Work with member experience team on events

Current activities:

•    reviewing the current branch attendance profile

•    looking at attendance of the various branch groups

•    working to understand what’s behind attendance and involvement in branch activities
