Culture Change
Overview
Cultural Change can be successful only when you have a
good understanding of the difference between the culture you
currently have, and the culture you are trying to build. Clear and
objective measurement is one common feature of successful cultural
change programmes.
People need to be both empowered and motivated in order for real
change to take place. That is, you need to achieve a situation
where all of management and staff are both able and
willing to change.

What you need to know
The Consultants Group meeting will commence at 13:00hrs but the
Amberley Project Team will be on from 09:30hrs to run
through with volunteers the tasks and activities likely to be
completed as part of the project.
