Mike has been a safety and health professional for over twenty years. He was East Sussex County Council's chief safety advisor from 1979 to 1994 where he advised officers, councillors, solicitors and the fire brigade on the requirements of safety and health legislation. He is currently working closely with large clients to develop their CDM documentation and procedures. He has developed and run a number of professional safety courses in occupational safety and health, including the NEBOSH certificate and diploma.
