South Downs Branch, I'd like to welcome you to our website. We hope

This is the start of a new period in
IOSH, as there are several major changes taking place both at
management level and at branch level.

Last Branch Meeting - May 2012
Annual legal Update - Anne Davies, Crowell
& Moring's
Anne gave her
presentation to a packed house with over 70 members and guests
in attendance. Once again her grasp of current case law and
court proceedings kept the audience enthralled for over an hour not
only bringing the branch up to speed on legislative changes
but on some of the relevant cases either currently being heard
or had recently been concluded. Anne also
briefly discussed accident investigations and legal privilege
to make sure everybody was aware and had the correct protocols in
place.
The branch thanked Anne in the usual way for a
very informative presentation delivered by a very accomplished
speaker.
