Harry has more than 23 years of experience in occupational safety and health (OSH). Currently, he is an independent OSH consultant, auditor and trainer.

In the period of March 2009 – June 2011, he was the Deputy CEO of Concord Associates Pte Ltd, which is a local OSH consultancy, auditing and training company established since 1982. From June 1997 to February 2009, Harry was the General Manager of SC2 Pte Ltd, an OSH subsidiary (also a certification body accredited by Singapore Accreditation Council) of The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd. Formerly in Hong Kong, he was an OSH Officer in the OSH Branch in Hong Kong Labour Department. Harry has accumulated vast experience in OSH management system audits, OSH inspections and accident investigations in the construction, manufacturing and other industry sectors. 

In Singapore, Harry is an Approved Workplace Safety & Health Auditor, Approved Risk Consultant, and an Approved Trainer for the Risk Management Course and other MOM Approved Courses. Currently, Harry is the part-time lecturer for the Graduate Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health and the Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health Courses in Singapore Polytechnic and BCA Academy. He is also the part-time NEBOSH trainer and assessor in NTUC Learning Hub. Furthermore, Harry is appointed as a Technical Expert to provide expertise to the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) assessment teams in their assessment of certification bodies.  

In 1999 - 2005, Harry was appointed by the Minister of Manpower as a Member of the Advisory Committee for Occupational Safety and Health for the Construction Industry. With the set-up of the Workplace Safety and Health Council, he was appointed as a member of the Construction Sub-Committee and Construction and Landscape Committee in 2006 – 2008. Moreover, Harry was appointed as a member of the Technical Committee on Safety Management in SPRING Singapore in 2004 - 2008. Harry was also appointed by the Ministry of National Development – Ministry of Manpower Joint Review Committee as a Resource Person for the Construction Safety Review. Harry was previously serving as the Hon. Secretary of the Association of Safety Auditing Firms in Singapore in the period of 2009 - 2010.
