Safety leadership
Overview
This is a free event delivered by Forum Interactive in
association with IOSH North of Scotland Branch.
Building and sustaining a safety culture depends on employees
feeling confident and able to prioritise health and safety through
their own actions.
Places are limited to 40.
What's in it for me
This interactive, experiential workshop will introduce you to
methods that address this gap. It will explore:
- what safety leadership looks and feels like in practice
- how culture impacts on risk taking behaviour
- how meaningful discussion about health and safety can be
encouraged
- how the relevant people skills can be developed.
You will share knowledge and practice with health and safety
colleagues and directly experience the value of drama based
approaches.
