AGM and keynote address
Overview
You are invited to attend the North of Scotland
Branch keynote address to be delivered by Ian Waldram and Dr
Cameron Ramsay.
This will use the Glasgow ICL explosion in 2004 as a case study
to demonstrate what can happen when interface OSH management is
poor or non-existent, before examining some recent advances in OSH
management.
Stephen Granger, IOSH President Elect, will give a presentation
on exploring how health and safety professionals can
develop/maintain their competence, and the importance of realising
your weaknesses, before giving an introduction to the principals of
business continuity management.
This will be followed by the AGM. The supporting AGM papers can
be found in the members' document
library.
Light refreshments will be available.
